One of the ways we support student safety is through our Student Crossing Guard program.  Students in bright yellow vests help with directions and safety at our main intersection on Preston Parkway.  They go through leadership training and are giving up their personal time to help ensure safe crossing by all our community members. It has come to our attention that, at times, the Student Crossing Guards are not being treated with respect by some of the various community members and some of our students. For that reason, I am asking for your help – please work hard to model mutual respect and follow the directions of the Crossing Guards.  Please chat with your son/daughter about street safety including the Crossing Guards.
