We want to remind our school community that school-based vaccine clinics are administered by the Provincial and Regional Vaccine Task Forces. To make an appointment to get your vaccine, you will need to contact Region of Waterloo Public Health, as outlined below.

How to make your vaccine appointment

You can make your appointment over the phone, or online:

• Call the Service First Call Centre if you need assistance with making your appointment to receive a vaccine at 519-514-1499
• Visit the Region of Waterloo website to make your vaccine appointment: RegionofWaterloo.ca/VaccineBook.

The clinic at Parkway Public School will be receiving individuals 18+ from July 13 to 17, 2021, for first and second doses.
